  1. Hello everyone, This is my first post and I'm at a standstill. Here's some background: House was broken into and when thief realized he was on camera, he found the DVR and stole it, cutting all the video wires as he couldn't figure out how to unplug the BNC connectors. The power connectors he just unplugged, so there is no damage to those. I've been trying to find the parts and tools to replace the connectors, but as the existing cable is siamese CCTV cable using AWG24 size wire, I've been unable to locate the correct connectors/wire strippers/crimpers. I called an electronics store and all they wanted is to sell me complete new cables. There are 16 cameras and it seems silly to replace all the wires if all that's wrong is the missing end. I found these on Amazon and was wondering if anyone has used them successfully for that application? Any other suggestions are also welcome. Thanks so much, Angie "Neewer® 20 pcs Coax CAT5 To Camera CCTV BNC Video Balun Connector Zinc Alloy+Plastic" (sorry, can't seem to post picture)
  2. I've had the same problem until someone suggested to use a stand alone program called NVMS monitor. I downloaded and installed it and am now able to monitor my cameras. Good luck!
