  2. Hi, problem for me that there is no list which HDD to use at the supplier? He only gives information 3,5". I tried already 2x 2,5" SATA in exfat/ntfs and fat32 and also a 3,5" in this file formats. Check out the system: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-shipping-8CH-Onvif-Full-HD-48V-Real-PoE-80-100m-NVR-Kits-With-1080P-IP/32301024922.html Supplier: NGTechnic but on the NVR box there is no information at all like brand, type, serial number. Thanks Raf
  3. The system goes offline as soon as I click Device config? That will probably the reason why I can not format HDD but why does it go offline? When I quit Device config and I enter back normal mode I got back my images. (Remote MGMT System)
  4. Hi, I bought the NVR-8P (POE, 8 channel) together with 8 pcs IP cam 1080p. I'm testing the system in my living room by connecting 3 cam's and added a new HDD WD AV-25 500GB. I also installed CMS software and it detects easily my cam's and give me good quality images in day and in the night. When I access the NVR local 192.168.1.40 then I get in the local firmware, also it detects the 3 cam's and gives me images. Now I want to use my HDD and that is my problem now. When I click on 'system config' it enters 'system setup' after I gave my name and password. But then I get a blue screen with the message 'not connected'. I also do not get any images from my 3 cam's. When I go to the HDD, it sees my disk but I can not access the FORMAT button. I think the NVR goes offline as soon as I enter 'system setup' but why? Thanks a lot [/img]
