Hey, thanks for the reply! Yes, i recommended that the unit be replaced. You mention there is client software but might not be supported by Windows. Do you know what the software is called and where i can get a copy? I still need to search for something and would rather use a pc. Thanks!

Hey guys, I need some info on this DVR we have at work. The front has a sticker written PST SM-KR5704CV The bottom sticker: Stand-alone DVR Model Number: SM-KR5704CV Version Number: V 2.10 Television System: NTSC/PAL Power Supply: 12VDC/6.67A Serial Number: 6100281 Date Code: 0643 MADE IN KOREA I've been looking around the net, some signs point to a company named PST (Pace Setter Technologies) but it looks like they're out of business. The unit has an IP address and a port number, but I can't seem to get to a web login page and I don't know what client I could use to view the video. Can someone please help? I need to review the video and don't want to sit at the actual DVR to do it. Thanks! Guy
