Im having a bit of a trouble here.
I'm new in my job, and one of my tasks is to be monitoring the condition of the security cams, fix any related problem, etc. (last guy in the job didn't tell me almost anything).
Thanks to Google, I've managed to get almost everything working except one thing:
I can't get the pc app (kView center) to connect to te DVR and check on real time the cameras, access and retrieve old recordings, etc.
Here we have a small network, every device has is own IP. The camera has static IP and port. When accessing from outside (if someone wants to take a look on his smartphone, for example) it works perfectly. External IP plus selected port, user and password.
BUT when i try to connect from the administration computer, there's no way. I can't get it to work. Not with the internal static IP and port, not with the external IP and port, anything.
Any ideas?
