Need help with password

Hello,

the place I work bought a DVR like a year ago and now my boss asking me to set it up. There is no instruction manual though and I don't know how to log in. I'm 99% sure that they never even touched it before now so the password should be a default one. The thing is that I really cannot figure out who the manufacturer is. Here is a picture of it:

There are no identifying marks or serial numbers on it. The only text is the writing on the front.
