Lorex Camera Connection Issue

Hi all,

At my dad's store I installed, a few years ago, a Lorex 16 camera unit from costco.

The store uses verizon for it's modem/internet and there is also a 3rd party firewall, sonicwall, required by the franchise.

On the main store computer I can connect to the camera system and view it fine.

However, when I plug in my laptop to the router and attempt the access the cameras it doesn't work.

The internet does work on the laptop and I can access the router if need be.

I have downloaded the newest Lorex software to no avail.

The ip address, passwords and port have been double, triple, quadruple checked but still nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
