Need Advice- Solar Powered /12V DVR camera for parking lot

I am looking for a camera that will run off of a solar panel or 6V or 12V battery. The parking lot I am using it at does not have power but does have full sun light.

The main thing I need is for this camera to film from daylight-9am and from 4-dusk. This is mainly to free up space on the memory card. I do not need wifi or anything like that. I can check it once a week and pull the card and replace with a new one. Also needs to stand up to the weather. Theft is not an issue
