Changed Modem-can't connect to cameras

Recommended Posts

I have switched from Uverse to Comacast and now I can not connect to most of my hikvision cameras. I have 2 DS-2CD2332-I and 2 DS-2CD2135F-IS cameras. I had them configured to use with Xprotect with no issues. After I switched to the Arriss TG852G cable modem from the Arriss NVG589 DSL modem I can only connect to one of the 2135 cameras. The other 2135 gives me the account lock, wait 30 minutes message even after I power cycle the unit. Both of the 2132 cameras give me a connection error (Windows Sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing. - from chrome and IE). These results are from using the SADP tool 2.2.3.2. I forwarded the same ports (but I don't think that was necessary as all cameras are connected to a TPLINK POE switch then to the cable modem).

I then moved everything back to the Uverse modem and everything connected fine. Switched back to the Comcast modem and same results. In the SADP online device list the 2 2135 show being online (but can only connect to one) and the 2332 cameras come and go showing online. When they do show up I can't connect and get the Windows Sockets error (can't even get to the log on screen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
