Remote access from 2 Hikvision NVR’s behind 1 public IP

Hi All,

I’ve install two Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16 NVR’s at one location which both use the same public IP address. My problem is that IVMS-4500 lite or IVMS-4200 will not let me change their outgoing ports. I can view one of the NVR’s just fine but the challenge has been to see the second NVR remotely. Does anyone know how to view multi Hikvision NVR’s on a mobile app from behind one public IP?

You need to change the ports on one of the units, and do the right port forwarding. Like:

NVR1 - web 90 RTSP 554 data 8000

NVR2 - web 91 RTSP 555 data 8001

My problem is the mobile app, IVMS-4500 does not give you the option to change the HTTP, Server or RTSP ports.

You do not use RTSP or web port with iVMS-4500, only data port. And when using HiDDNS you do not even need to put it.
