IP Camera Night Visual

Recommended Posts

Hello, I have an 8 Channel Elite Series Tiny NVR with 8 POE (NVR-ELE8T-P) connected to 3 Megapixel IP Network IR Vandal Dome (IPVD-EL3IRS), 3MP Network IP Motorized Varifocal Vandal Dome Security Camera (IPVD-EL3MP100ML2812) and 4MP Elite Series IP Network Bullet Camera with 2.8mm Lens (IPOB-ELE4IR28) cameras. With the exception of the cameras' Snowy Surface Look on the grass and hedges at night, the cameras have great views. What settings can I adjust to correct the cameras night visuals to show the actual colors of the grass and hedges or to at least get rid of the Snowy Look?

You can switch back to day mode, but it may be too dark to see colors at night.

The views you posted are typical for these cameras and look pretty good. You may be able to adjust the 3D noise compression to smooth out the image.

The Dahua starlight cameras can show color at very low light, but they cost quite a bit more.
