Still searching for suitable software

Hi all forumites, I have been search for a long time for a program that will allow me to edit/convert files from my cctv system but find nothing anywhere. The files that are produced by the system are the H64 which i believe are audio less H264 files, although there seems to be a lot available that will work with the H264 files there seems to be nothing for the H64 files. Has anyone got the name of a program that will work with these files for editing (not a player as i already have a player (dvrplayer) supplied with the software.
