avtech cctv remote viewing

HI

this has got everybody stumped

I have many avtech 16 channel recorders install.

they have a static ip address

and the broadband (netgear)router forwards the correct protocol to the cctv recorder.

and it worked fine a long time

(we use the internet and video viewer to access devices remotely)

but now many of the recorders are not viewable remotely

even though the internet is on

spoken to my supplier and he says it is impossible for so many devices to be faulty

i do not know what to try next
