About SSM VM10 Software problem

Hi ,

Good morning.Now i having a problem about SSM VM10. The software have installed successful with License but it does not open it provide me a error message "that's server doesn't response".I have also tried different way to open the software but i failed.

pls help me ...................... to find out this problem.I am waiting to your response my friends.....
