Hello,

 

I have a Kguard DVR and everything has been working fine, until I switched the recorder off in order to carry out my annual Health and Safety checks for electronic products.

 

After switching the recorder back on, Kguard's app on my mobile phone says 'KGServer cannot locate the specified device', this only happens when I am not connected to internet on my premises. I've tried deleting the device on my app and re-installing it but to no success.

 

Has anyone come across this sort of problem?

Check your external ip address....if you also rebooted your modem, it may have changed.
