Adding non KT&C Camera to a KT&C KNR NVR KNR-P4Px4

With KT&C Cam's I select plug and play and it detects the cameras no problem When i try a Dahua or Ctronics cam it doesn't detect it.

I noticed the POE on the KTNC is set to 192.168.254.1 . I decided to set a static ip on the cameras to something within the 192.168.254.1 subnet like 192.168.254.50. I select manual on the KT&C NVR and input the IP and make sure the Port and usernames are correct.

As for the type of Cam I tried IPCAM and ONVIF and no luck, any ideas?
