Hi all...

I was hoping someone could give some advice to me in regards to a problem I've got...

First off customer wants to do it as cheap as possible but isn't that always the way.

So what I have are 2 DVR's, one 16 channel and one 8 channel. The DVR's do have loop outs (of course), they are the DWD Max2's. I have 5 27" monitors and 1 46" screen.

What I need to do is distribute the cameras amongst 6 different monitors similar to a spot but not a spot (the main monitor excluded). I need to be able to pick and choose what cameras go on what monitors and the same cameras might go on a few different monitors.

What I had in mind is quads for the smaller 25" screens and possibly a 16 channel multiplexor for the 50" screen. But the problem with this setup is that I need to t-tap some of the feeds coming from the quads/multiplexor and I hate to split signals.

I looked at a matrix but it looks as though it will only push out 1 camera to each monitor... which is no good.

Is there a product out there that will allow me to plug a feed from each camera into it and then use software to push the various cameras out to the individual monitors? I figure someone on here with more experience than me will have come across such an issue.

Sorry if this isn't clear...

Thanks!
