  1. Hi guys, i'm having a really bad time trying to install geovision v8.3.1.

I had the version 8.0 cd and it was working just fine but i got an Iphone and i wanted to try out the GV-IView and for that i had to install v8.3.1.

I downloaded it from the internet and when it is almost at the end i get this message:

Since im to knew to the forum i cant post images yet but i get a screen saying this:

" The Feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not avaiable.

Insert the ' Scan' disk and click Ok. "

The file that it cant find is " scan.msi " and it happens on the IPCam part of the instalation.

I tryed everything, i looked at all my computer and i cant fin the Scan.msi file. I also google it and searched here but it seems this problem is only ocurring with me somehow.

I have it installed on a old computer with Windows XP Professional.

Please anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thank You.
