I've installed this system exactly as instructed with each menu programmed as instructed (camera address, baud rate, ect...). I can't get the EDVR to respond to the ADTT16E, or to do anything other than control the camera by regular mode. I can't get the EDVR to control the PTZ camera as described in the instructions either. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the RS232 cable from American Dynamics which connects from the EIM white box... that's the only thing that I could see as a problem, but it doesn't seem like it should be.

Does anyone have experience with these? I am trying to connect my PTZ camera to this, through an existing (working) TouchTracker (ADTT16E) Sensornet system... so far I am unsuccessful. I could use some help with the settings if anyone has knowledge of these systems. Thanks!

Do you know how I can view this from the web? Example, to login to the ADIPE unit, the default network address is 192.168.1.80, but how do I assign or know the way to get to this unit through the web? Say I am at work, I can connect to this device through my router, using what address? Thank you for your reply! (By the way, I've tried the sensornet output, and it is not working. Am I wiring it wrong from the directions listed in the PDF manual prehaps?)
