I need suggestions please =)

Hi everyone, This is my first message to this forum, and hopefully it will not be the last =) I've been looking for an IP Camera solution for my shop which is about 10 m2. I've came up with the two and I am very open to suggestions. AXIS M3014 and Vivotek IP7161 My knowledge of Security Cameras is very limited. The shop's lightning is very good. I need some help and suggestions: - I need the IP Camera to transmit the footage to a 1 TB Harddisk with USB/Ethernet + streaming will be good too (can all IP CAMs do this?) - I need a camera with good compression my current upload is 1Mbit or the camera whould upload to harddrive with no compression and stream with low quality - POE is an advantage... - Doesn't need to be discreet necessarily (can I afford a camera with motion tracking + tilting also with the features listed above?) my budget is $400-$600 for the camera only, I can pay up to $200 for extras.
