    Also for 3G issue, It could have been resulted from the telecom company blocking the port that your DVR is using. or the video streaming is blocked all together. Please try changing your DVR port and see if that gives you a valid connection.     russw2010, You need to have a firmware upgrade on the unit. ftp://211.75.84.102/Firmware/KPD674_1032.rar Unrar and it will give you 4 .bin files. Place these bin files onto the root directory of a USB stick. Plug into DVR and select upgrade from DVR menu. NOTE: Do not unplug/turn off power or connect/disconnect cameras during upgrade.
