used to work there
pricing is all over the place, the small guys usually don't get a fair shake
Now, I work for an independant distributor, I stock a ton of product,my pricing is aggressive, and I'm reachable always. My dealers have my cell number for any emergency, and everyone gets treated the same, big or small

it all comes down to budget
if the budget isn't there, then IP may not be the way to go
if you're interested, I can help you design a system both ways, analog & IP.
If interested, let me know

I just got in a couple of 4 channel units and am very impressed with themPrice good i purchase through distrbution and think the good ones check out what they are selling ( At least I hope they do)
500 gig hd
H.264
Vga out ( I like that as LCDs are cheap)
easy interface
ability to use a mouse instead of remote or buttons on front of unit
unit has front buttons and mouse if you prefer to use them.
loop through camera inputs
small size
backs up to USb and installs player at same time less issues than avi
Anyone had any long term experience with this company or products I would like to hear about it.
Thanks
I've been selling the line for 2 years now, installed a few, and am very impressed.
As a distributor, I get a ton of machines coming in our door, and I must say, so far so good on the VMAX series DW machines. prices competitive, and a 5 year warranty tells you that they stand behind the product.
real quick to network, excellent CMS software, 3g & 4g phones, plus the Mac remote compatability make it an easy sell imo.
had some initial concerns quieted regarding the player when burning a disc, but after a little tech support customers are much happier with it over, for example, the Honeywell deck

I don't sell the line, but I do know of a few dealers who've used the AVTech machine.
As far as they know it does not work on the Droid.
There are a few out there that work seamlessly though. If you need a recommendation, let me know. I'd be happy to help.

Good morning/afternoon to all out there
Nice site
I've been in the Security industry for the past 20 years, mainly in distribution.
I've seen it all, from Ultricon/Vidicon tubes to all the new & exciting IP based product out there
Looking forward to browsing more of the site
Have a great weekend to all!

Looks to be recorded at low frame rate and rez. For plates we need max rez and fps to get the plate
