im using a dahua dvr with hdmi output but when i see my cameras remotetly using pss the images seems to blurr, i connect at the same time with another dahua dvr but older.. y the image is clear..

what am i doing wrong?? can somebody help me?? thank u guys

greetings.. witch ips camera can i use with the pss software?? does the pss can connect to analgo dvr and ip cameras at the same time??

greetings how do i portforward a microtik router???? my dvrs ip is 192.168.1.143 connected to a port 37777 and my public ip connected to the router is 190.21.5.158

Greetings i have a problem .. i have a dlux 1U series model DVR0804LE-AS, 8 channel .. i have customer who wants audio streaming over the net with the camera.. i bought a audio pick up box microphone and connect it to the audio input 1 of the dvr, i connect the pick up box to a 12 volts transformer, but i cant hear no audio when im using the pro surviellence software.. what do im missing???? can somebody help me please?? i need to solve this problem by the end of the week!! thank u!!
