Hi, I bought 3 used Dahua IPC-HDBW2431R-ZS-S2. I connected the first one to a POE Switch. The Camera Power Up and have the IP-Address 192.168.1.197. I logged in with the web browser on this IP-Address but I didn't have the Username/Password. So I did a hard reset with the button inside the camera (I pressed the button for approx. 30 sec) The IP-Address return to 192.168.1.108 but since then I no longer have the connection window ! I tried a longer reset (1 min) but it didn't change anything. I tried with a second Camera: same problem What can I do now? Thanks for suggestions. Regards

HI, Is it possible to Play recordings at high speed (2x - 4x - 8x) on Dahua DVRwhen I watch the recordings on a PC ? I'm tried with Firefox and Edge and I don't see the buttons for fast playback. I only have this (see attached picture) Am i doing something wrong? Thanks for help.

Hi, On the Dahua XVR User Manuel, it's Write "Revision History" with a table and Revision date. It's Hardware revision (some changes on main board) or just Software revision (software update) ? Thank you Best regards

Actually I have only analog cameras since about 7 years and maybee I will upgrade to a Dahua XVR and buy HDCVI Cameras to use with my existing installation cables. Which Dahua XVR 16 channels can replace my old Dahua DVR0804HF-U ? (I'd like to have possibility to add IP camera and also PTZ in the future.) What will be a good deal ?

yes sure, I don't whant to buy another unit for the moment. Maybee, later I can move to a XVR, but for the moment it's not my priority.

Hi thanks for quick reply. Yes, I'm using it since many years ago and this unit working very well. Now, I'd like to change my old Cameras because it's 420 TVL... I'm not a "King" on CCTV System... I try to add the better analog Camera and not sure which one will be the good one because I can find I lot of possibility (for example on Ebay) but specification from seller are often Comic I think... What's the maximum Resolution compatible with this DVR on Analog input ? 700 TVL ? 800 TVL ? 1000 TVL ? I fund 2 Mp Camera but on CCTV Analog it's not possible 2 Mp or ?? Many thanks for help. Hi, I'd like to do a remote view with my Iphone ans my Dahua DVR. I downloaded de iDMSS software and made setup. Unfortunately, I can view only 1 Camera. For the second one, I have a message "The account is already in use" ??? In the DVR setup, "Max Connection = 10" If i'm loggeg with my Desktop PC on DVR configuration, I can't view CAM on Iphone (same error message) Where is the problem ?? Any idea ? Thanks for your help. Hi, I have Audio Problems with my Dahua DVR: I tried to add an external microphone with the CAM1 on my Dahua DVR. I undersand that 4 RCA input on back panel are for Channel 1 to 4 and for 5 to 8 (or to 16) the connection is thru DB25 connector. I try to check the box "Audio/Video" on the "System Config, Encode"" for the Channel 1. (This box is unchecked for all other channels) I can't hear any audio on the "Channel 1" RCA ! Just a small sound on Channel 4 RCA connector ! I tried to connect the MIC to RCA 1 to 4 and I can only listening to a small audio sound when the MIC is on the RCA channel 4 attached ! Hi, Many thanks for replies and suggestion. My DVR is a Dahua DVR0804HF-U DVR. Yes the mic is powered and directly attached back to the DVR to make sound check. I will try again this week-end. Best regards
