    I wondered if anyone could help me with a problem. I have a CNM SECURE - C7833SC - SPEED DOME CAMERA and a QH-9404 4 channel DVR. I cannot get the DVR to control the PTZ camera even though I have checked and double checked the settings on both the camera and the DVR. Pelco P, 2400. The camera came with a keyboard and works well with that but I want to disconnect the keyboard and use the DVR interface. I have tried 3 cameras (all the same type) and 3 different DVRs but no joy. Is there anyone else with a similar problem? I look forward to some suggestions! Many thanks, Mike.
