Hello I have a 4 channel DVR, AST-400. My company no longer had use for this unit and gave it to me since its been sitting in storage for over a year.
I brought it home to discover that it has a password set, however none of the managers can remember the pass-code.
I believe the manufacture is arguscctv.com, I've contacted them a couple of days ago but have yet to hear back from them.
Does anyone know how I can reset the password either via hardware or a master code? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
