HI guys I have recently become the 'fix it' guy for a small string of shops. They have a brand new AVC791B that was installed by some unknown person It appears he changed the default PIN.... Does anyone know how to reset it to factory? I need to reset the PIN, its not the standard 0000. Also, I tried the R288 jumper trick, and it doesn't seem to reset. Any tips? Regards matthew

Good news, I got in touch with the original installers , just lucky:) They gave me the pin, so problem solved. But I'd still love to know how to reset it just for the next time, when I'm not so lucky.
