Okay i came across a really crazy thing from a couple of days
My EagleEye DVR was working fine, until from two days.
Whenever i log into my pc to using "Video Viewer" to access my factory's camera, an error comes of Login Failed.
If i log onto from iPod it says Undefine error happend!
If i login from I.E it says Unknown Error.
and If i log onto my blackberry it works.
What is the problem? Its very urgent
Okay im not that into DVR, but yes im a bit techy. The DVR was set up-ed by a third person from where i bought cameras. I called him up and he says re install the windows. Obviously that aint the solution for it. He is just playing it around :s
