The WV-CS574 is ONLY supported Panasonic protocol controller. You may check that the Samsung SPC-100 build-in Panasonic protocol or not.
-
Besides the original Panasonic DVR, there isn't third party DVR can control the camera, so the only one solution is to install a remote controller to control the camera.
-
Just found below demonstration video regarding the IT-CCU161 controls the Panasonic Dome Camera WV-CS564.
-
You may contact INNOTEK, they have a low cost model IT-CCU68 maybe used by you.
-
The three wires plug is a power supply connector for connecting to an AC 24V power source.
This camera haven't RS-485 interface, so it MUST be controlled by Panasonic single coaxial multiplex controller like WV-CU161 or Panasonic DVR. The WV-CU161 was stop production since the end of last year. So if you would like to use your existing system configuration, you are recommended to order a third party camera controller IT-CCU161 to control this camera.

Yes, you are right. This is my typo mistake.
-
There is only Panasonic DVR, system controllers and one 3rd party camera controller IT-CCU161 can be used to control and call up the camera OSD menu to setup and adjustment.
-
The position memories to be cleaned by using a controller to call up the OSD menu to finish.
-
I think the INNOTEK IT-CCU161 can be used for setting up and controlling your cameras.

The Bolide Technology Group Coaxitron Converter is used to convert most RS-485 control protocol, including Panasonic protocol to Pelco Coaxitron protocol. That means it just support Pelco Coaxitron or compatible cameras. It cannot be used to control Panasonic single coaxial control cameras, such as WV-CS954.
-
You are recommended to use a standalone camera controller to control it.
-
The WV-CS954 is very good camera. But the system controller is too expensive. If you just use it for a single camera system the INNOTEK IT-CCU161 is a best choice.
-
I know the INNOTEK IT-CCU161 can control Panasonic cameras over single coaxial cable. You can google "INNOTEK IT-CCU161" to know more about it.
-
No, only work for Panasonic products!
-
Why do you use Panasonic WV-CU161 to control the camera?
-
You are recommended to reset the camera first, and then use a Panasonic WV-CU161 to control it.
-
The Panasonic WV-CU161 System Controller or INNOTEK IT-CCU161 Camera Controller is recommended.
-
The Panasonic WV-CU161 System Controller and INNOTEK IT-CCU161 Camera Controller can be direct connected to WV-CW864 by using single coaxial cable to control the camera.
-
The Panasonic WV-CS954 doesn't support Pelco protocol, it must control by Panasonic protocol controllers. So, you are recommended to use Panasonic WV-CU161 System Controller or INNOTEK IT-CCU161 Camera Controller to control the camera.

You can change the controller by using a single coaxial interface camera controller.
