  1. I have also same problem with this one both IP cams and Analog cams. system always Freeze without any reason we already conducted several test but still FAIL! together with Geovision.

I think the system doesn't compatible with the GIGABYTE board all do we use high motherboard specification.

    - now we were changing board system. i use ASUS motherboard 6 series chipset. compare to what im using before the GIGABYTE 7 series chipset. Hope it will work. same Procie, memory and built in videocard.

my Problem is that the system always hangs.

    1. already reinstall OS, Reformat

    all parts are brandnew.

    =========================================================

i already replace the card with a new one. one card has the problem the driver always lost when the system restarts. i replace with the new ne but still the same

please help me. i dont have any solution of this. thanks

  3. would you recommend a video card brand and specification.??

is their a direct contact between the two video card and the gv card. thats why the system hangs up.

the built in video card is high definition integrated video card. and the latest system architecture vs AGP series.

that's why i used the default system.

can you help me out sir?? still system hangs. i don't know why.

  5. ahhh the configuration of the CMS on your PC.

ive already configure mine too.. first know your public address if you apply for a public ip address or your static ip address.

type the address on the CMS software, the port you use, the DVR name, the user name and password.

you must use other internet lease network not your internet network because your using your own IP address for viewing when establishing a CMS connection.

upon successfully connect just tabulate the devices under the DVR name of your device and drag each camera activate under the name of your DVR to the blank squarebox to view each camera.

    thats all.

im using also h264. dvr HD-SDI and analog

    HDMI port.

    4TB HDD

  6. Goodday!

I have this Problem with Regards with PTZ connection RS485.

My PTZ camera has only one pair of connection for RS485 which i think is RX.

I have already configured all my 4 sets of PTZ camera already connected to my PTZ controller and all run smooth and Good.

My Dilemma is How i do i connect the All PTZ in series of wire connected to the PTZ controller, I have 7 sets of PTZ camera and the 3 doesn't yet controlled.

It is safe to interconnect all the RS485 RX of my PTZ the Positive and the Negative then tap it on my one port of my PTZ controller then set the PTZ address form 1 to 7.

... ive already set a PTZ camera in chain and the camera has 2 pairs of wire the TX and RX. itap the 2nd camera RX to the 1st camera TX and this how the chain goes on.

but with this one i bought has only 1 set of wire RX.

Please help me badly need feedback today
