I personally don't like the Vivotek range of IP Cams. They are very unreliable and extremely overpriced, BUT the quality of the image is very good. Pity though.

Copper? Hahahahahhaa sorry, here we have cable theft in the extreme. Some places get crippled for weeks after they steel 100's of meters of cables at a time. Some steel copper piping off plumbers’ bakkies as they pass in the traffic, and I thought we were the only ones.

Just a quicky. Compared to the TeleEye CMS, what other brand can give the same streaming as the TeleEye CMS? The only other I can think of is the Adpro System, other software don't really allow for that kind of streaming to enable Off-Site monitoring.

Start with HIKVISION. In the past seven years they have really nailed it. Sold off almost 2000 embedded DVR's with no comebacks. Software is good, reliable and easy to use. The IP range of cameras are awesome. List it as 1st.
