Hello, in one of our projects, during test&commissionig period, consultants make us to change some of our cameras with the new ones because of just one dead pixel on 10 nos of cameras. I have been searching international regulations but i would kindly ask you to help me find out a way that one dead pixel could be acceptable for handover. Kind Regards Hakan
