Quality on Modulators is not good though.

CS is the preferred and most used Lens. 1/3" is all you need, 1/2" if you can afford it but i never noticed any real improvement. IR Cut Filter is a function of the camera. Avoid pointing the camera to the east and west if possible. Auto Iris responds to changing light faster.

All CMOS cameras are basically crap... sorry there is no perfect one.

bullet camera yes. All my IR cameras have their own housings. IR you will probably have issues unless you get the IR right up against the glass.

so they are talking about raising our speeding fine to $1000. The majoriity of our speed limits are 25-35mph as it is, slow. Ill definately leave when this law comes in ... its mad! They are rubbing their shoulders too close with Cuba, buddy buddy .. I think the Regime is wearing off on them!!!

Pano and Bosch have that but you have to use their gear to get it to work, otherwise you are just doing it like how all of us do ... well I uses a monitor not the lan, but I guess that is one way

Dunno, check with howard I havent used my crimp tool in a couple years, though i may use it on the 32 camera job ill be doing, just for kicks .. or if I can get the compression tool even better ...

Id like to try the Compression ones, but the crimp ons dont seem to be much better than a twist on, every job ive come across that had crimp ons, they come right off ! The ones that say that twist ons are for amateurs, simply dont know how to put them on properly Works both ways yah see. Ofcourse also depends what you are doing with the camera ... well solder it already

I heard only amateurs use twist-ons thats just a myth, we pros use them also. solder it one time if you really want it to stay connected

Thats why I have $50 cameras so if they steal them, who cares The criminals are still recorded to the DVR and the cameras did their job ..

It sounds like video loss on certain channels, or just one causing all to trip out. That means it could be BNC, Power, or Cable issue, among others. Using a CCTV Monitor/TV on the DVR end, test each camera individually, see which one causes the problem. If there are no issues there, then could be a DVR/PC issue.

WZ35, what is that?? the WZ30 series is actually very inexpensive, much less than Provideo even. Someone really wanted those cameras, makes no sense .. sounds like another CCTV company tiefed them .. sounds like they need an alarm more than anything ..
