Greetings! I'm hoping someone could assist me regarding my situation. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Situation :
This CCTV was configured by the shop but they are not helpful and blaming me for the error. The system was working fine for about a month or so but recently I had encounter a problem of grey screen after entering the password. Below is the screenshot of how it looks like. Usually after entering the password, it should show 4 chn video.
Please advise.
