When would you use actual RG59 cable? And what's the RG59 distance limit?

Hi just thought ill join up and learn something new,

Currently run my own alarms and cctv business, just got into the game, installed 12 Texecom premier alarm systems (I'm a registered installer) and so far 9 cctv full installs.
