  1. Suspect software file corrupted, please give full uninstall (Uninstall in Control Panel, Windows, & Registry) and reinstall the software. Alternately, the version 8.50 have quite a number of unsolved bugs. So i would recommend to to change to v.8.54 or latest 8.57.

    Thanks.

  2. Hi there,

The quickest way to embed the camera image is via upload jpeg

to ftp function under webcam server setup.

Web master simply needs to create the link to load the jpeg

file that is uploaded onto the ftp. See photo.

The alternative is to use the mobile server support to integrate RTSP

stream into 3rd party player with web embedded support. Unfortunately

we do not have specific setup information available on this, and user is

required to have webpage programming skill in order to achieve the suggested.

  3. Good day, you must go to the IE and the option is there when you are using Live Viewing for Stream profile no 1. Right Click on the image > select Geo Fisheye > then right click and select Image Alignment. You will see the red circle there. Click and drag as your requirement. After you have done, remember to reboot your camera. See the screen shot below.

  4. Or you can try change the slot of the gv card to another one. Reinstall with newest version 8.5.6 will clear some bug issue and more improvement for your software.
