We are on GeoVision. All of the sudden all the PTZ stopped functioning. I purchased a GV-COM v2 to replace the old one but the issue is still there. I hooked up my laptop via the usb device and still nothing.
Can they all go bad at once? The camera itself is still working just the PTZ stopped.
I am not sure what else I can check or what the problem might be.
