    The Costco site links to the QC808 manual. I don't see a specific manual for the QC828 on Q-See's website. I am curious what else has changed, other than the 8 POE ports vs the 4 on the QC808.     I contacted Q-see about the QC828 NVR. They said is it initially a Costco exclusive. The user manual is on their site.
