My boss has a fasttrace unit and people use to monitor for us remotely but now he has not renewed the contract due to them not monitoring it properly.
What i want to know is how do i monitor the cameras remotely i have looked on the router and see it had a IP address assigned too the fasttrace but i can t access it.
Do i need software and if so where can i buy it from?
Or can i port in a local ip address with port number andview it via Interet Explorer.
I have a NV5000 and it runs ok in 1024x768 but some of the graphics on the skin is screwed and if i put it too 1280x1024 i have no scin at all any ideas please.
