The system is 3 years old, so I guess they will say that I need to buy a new one. I guess I'll do that, but not that brand again.

Has anyone found a solution for this?

ZMODO H9104v dvr. Every time I try to connect using the mobile port, the dvr hangs and then reboots. If I connect using Internet Explorer it works just fine. I'm connected to it right now from my office and I can see the cameras and all the menus. Obviously not on the same port on the web. If I use the mobile port, it hangs and reboots. I've tried different ports with the same result. What is funny is that I've been using it for three years with no problems. Suddenly it started doing this. What could be happening?
