As the title says, another new guy, I actually found the forum in a search for a NVR system and was surprised at the amount of material here. I am just starting into CCTV so I'm green as grass but trying to learn really quickly. I was considering a packaged system of cameras and NVR but I was just barely considering that building out my own would be better and the first post I read confirmed that.
I may not post much to start, as with other forums I'm on, the search tool should answer a lot of my questions and avoid the 'here we go again' when the same question is asked over and over.
