I am new to the forum and hope someone can help. I got my hands on a new Bosch VDN-5085-V311 Flexidome. I am using a Bosch VP-USB bilinx cable and down loaded CTFID 3.16 from the bosch website. I can not connect to the camera to change settings. I know my bilinx works as I can connect to various Bosch PTZ cameras. Any suggestion please.
