I'm new to this forum and not too technically minded so please go easy on me.
I bought a home cctv system (Homeguard) with remote viewing. I downloaded the imseye app and logged in etc.
Thing is, the dvr says most of the time. It connects and says 'online' now and again but it's a right pain.
The settings are all what my computer says they should be and match up but it doesn't always connect. Sometimes it ges online but a day or 2 after it goes offline. It's a right pain in the wotsits.
Can anyone help me please?
It's not the sky wifi box, my iPad wifi is perfect.
It's not the dvr as I took the first one back thinking it was broken but obviously not.
