  1. Hi, I have couple of DVRs in my work. There are couple of floors in the building and I currently I'm watching them with NVMS-1000. I've got TVT and Dahua DVR's. PC has GTX10150 video card, Intel core i7-7700, SSD 120GB.

Problem is that when watching cameras on 16-screen view I need them all to be on sub-stream, not on main stream, cause they're too much and even with this PC CPU and also the network becomes overloaded. Only when showing one camera - by double click to view more precisely what's going on the floor I'll need the better resolution and the main stream. How can I do that? On my laptop when watching them remotely from home I don't experience such thing. What settings I must configure on DVR and NVMS-1000? Should I add them with account which has permission to view only sub-stream? Or I need more precise settings somewhere? Thank you.

  2. OK, sorry for posting another reply but I'm now in fluctuation for couple IP cameras with integrated microphone.

    1. Dahua IPC-H5421E

    2. Hikvision DS-2CD4025FWD(A)(P)

Their price difference is about 100 Euro here in my country. Hikvision is professional series, has about the same functions as Dahua - Dahua has even more and is 4Mpixels. I think Hikvision will be more durable, am I right?

BTW can u recommend me analog bullet camera 960H from Hikvision which is good, because I need it for some place. Previous now it's not working and before was showing purplish hue.

  3. OK, I have 960H DVR from TVT and Hikvision HD-TVI DVR. So TVT will work only with analogue cameras from other vendors which won't pass audio signal through the coaxial and their IP cameras don't have integr microphone. I need to replace TVT DVR with Dahua. Hikvision on the other have IP cameras with integr mic and can possibly be attached to older 960H DVR? I saw some HD TVI models which are expected to be released and possibly will have integrated mic but for now I can't buy them. I saw pentabrid DVR from Hikvision - which can support HD-CVI cameras from Dahua as seen by specification, but don't know if this is true. Other solution is offcourse pentabrid DVR from Dahua.

  4. Hi, I've got really strange task with putting cameras with audio. I have DVRs from 2 manufacturers - TVT and Hikvision. Today one person told me about these two and that only Dahua support putting audio without need of an external microphone. And that Dahua DVR supports audio over coaxial cable with its cameras. If I put Dahua camera even IP on TVT DVR it won't record - IP camera I mean.

  5. Hi, I've got problem with 1 cameras on my PC. Camera is TVT TD9523M. It streams video to 3 PC and records to one DVR - all simultaneously. The network is mostly 100mbit unfortunately. When streaming 1080p it delays with 5seconds or more for example. CPU is AMD Sempron LE-1150 and videocard is integrated, dont know the model. When watching with 352x288 resolution stream is realtime, but sometimes it gets blurred like resolution is getting lower or there is not enough network capability of the camera or sth like that. Don't know the reason. Could be this the problem? Thank you.

  6. Hi, I have these DVR models installed in my work network

    TD-2304SS-C

    TD-2316SE-C

    TD-2516HE-C

Problems I've got right now are these

I have TD-9523M IP dome camera which didn't record everything. I put static address on her and etc...

Sensitivity of the camera was 6 of 8. I put on max and now after couple of days camera turned off, I can't find her on the network, even if I directly connect to her with the laptop. I'm currently looking for firmware of all of these models. Other problem I got is with TD-2516HE-C - it got couple analogue cameras and 4 IP. On the live view which is ran dirrectly from the VGA port of the monitor IP cameras freeze after 30 sec. after I have clicked on them and in real-time I can't see what's going on, but I can see them real-time with NVMS-1000 on other computers on the LAN. And ofcourse they record. Thank you.

  7. Hi, I've got this camera installed and I've got a problem. Someone has turned the lamps on and someone has got in there. Camera is indoor. The camera misses many recordings. Motion detection schedule has been set to 0-24h everyday. Camera records in one DVR which has 2 HDD in there. 1st is 1TB Toshiba, 2nd 3TB WD Purple. It records 4 IP cameras including this one and 13 analogue cameras. 3 IP cameras has been put outside and 1 is inside. When we added another last 2 IP cameras I saw that they are stuttering. Like the DVR can't handle all the traffic or something like this. I see something on Mikrotik central router now. The address of the camera has not been excluded from the DHCP pool. The other 3 cameras also have static address which has not been excluded from the pool.

  8. Hi, yesterday I used siamese cable in which coax cable was without isolation. So, the connector couldn't get well in there and we have to somehow recrimp it. On almost every camera. Cable for me is not with good quality. I need to know one more thing - from the reseller store they told me that using Cat5e the quality won't be the same as with siamese cable. Is this true and should I continue using RG59 coax / siamese cable. There is also another problem - I can buy only siamese cable 100m - one package, not per meter.

  9. Hi, I've got couple DVR's in my work which hold about 40 cameras. There are more than 3 DVR's respectively and I've been given a task to make them visible remotely. Right now I can forward HTTP ports - 8080, 8081, ... 8088. If I don't forward 6036 port then I can't login. Possibly this is the video port. It worked on one DVR but when I've setup NAT on another using the same outside dest address and same 6036 port I couldn't login. So I've changed the port to 6030 on the 2nd DVR. Right now I need more ports to forward the other cameras. What can I do? Thank you.

  10. Hi, I need to build a system for garden center. Garden center is 52m long and 17m wide.

    --------------------------------------------------------

    tree tree

    | entrance

    tree house

    --------------------------------------------------------

It kinda look like this and is from right to left you go up (there is tilt) - but the tilt is small. The tree on the left down corner is high enough to put one camera. I think this can be this model of Dahua - HAC HFW 2220d http://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/hac-hfw2220d-b-822.html. It has IR till 50m and its 90 eur

    Other options:

Dahua IPC-HFW2300RP-Z - this is PTZ and the price is doubled - 190 eur

    Dahua IPC-HFW4300S 3Mpix IR is till 30m - 130 eur

    Dahua IPC-HFW1300S IR again 30m - about 90 eur

On the left tree I have vision of the house. I need vision there. I can ask you the most important question - HD-CVI or IP to put on the left down tree? On the other trees I can put HD-CVI - for example HAC-HFW2220S - 75 eur. Also I think that 1Mpix -1.4 Mpix is enough - HAC HFW1100R it costs 38 eur. For the DVR I will choose DH-iHCVR5104H-F - it has some intelligent detection of faces... I don't know if I need them...

    Thank you in advance.

  11. Hi, I want to build some PC to watch 4 cameras from DVR which has connected about 16 cameras - Hikvision. I think they are 16 HDTVI (I'm not sure) cameras connected to it, so I want to know will this computer be enough to watch only 4-5 of them with iVMS-4200?

    Specs

    forgot CPU

    ASUS M2N68-AM Plus

    2GB RAM DDR2

    80GB HDD SATA2

    WinXP

I can put GeForce 8600GT or 6600GT on it, which I've bought before time for 30 Euro.

Otherwise I'm planning to use this

    Fujitsu Е3521

    Процесор: Intel Pentium E5700 (3GHz, 2MB Cache, 800MHz FSB, 2 Cores)

    Памет: 2GB DDR3 Ram(max 8GB, 2 слота)

    Хардиск: 250GB

Видео карта: вградена Intel GMA 4500

    Чипсет: Intel G41

    Оптично устройство: DVDRW

Друго: 8xUSB, PS/2, LAN, VGA, Com port, HD Audio 5.1 surround sound, PCIe x16, PCIe x1, PCI

    Захранване: 250Watt 85% ефективност

Вид кутия: легнала (може да стои изправена)

    Компютри втора употреба

    Гаранция: 12 месеца

In both situations I will buy the 2nd computer and if I use 1st then 2nd it's going to be used for watching stream of at least 4 IP cameras TVT TD9423M http://cnwsolution.com/p949-TD9423M-D-FZ-PE-IR3.html. I don't know will it be enough? Thank you.

  12. Hi, I've been given a task to setup 3-channel system for outdoor monitoring of one flat block. I've got 2 cameras which are Messoa and were previously installed and possibly running. I think of getting 4-ch TVT recorder and 3 analogue IR cameras if the 2 are not compatible? Can you recommend me other system, which will run on iPhone, Samsung.... TVT got SuperCam software. I already saw KGuard system which is similar price and with 1000 TV Lines http://www.comelsoft.com/product/42064/kguard-hw113fpk-auto-tracking-ohranitelna-kamera-3-6-mm-obektiv-1000-tvl-30-m-ir-za-vanshen-montazh-s-kontroler.html#.VZgNt0anBvw

but don't know about the software

  13. OK, we've figured it with help of my ISP. They've got CPE which is Mikrotik and they've done the port redirection,

    public:8000->192.168.X.20:8000

    public:8080->192.168.X.20:8080

    public:554->192.168.X.20:554

I didn't understand what my ISP, but he wrote me back that they've opened range 61918-61925 on UDP to DST-PORT: 8080 and it all worked. Wha they told me these ports are used by the DVR to send back traffic. So they opened inbound ports on the the gateway interface itself. I saw similar threads with this problem.
