Hello all,
We are an installer of CCTV here in Lagos Nigeria. We purchased the above model Hikvision DVR from one of your dealers here in the city.
After installing the DVR, we discovered it does not stop recording, and it keeps over writing recorded videos after disc is full. We have checked the overwrite setting, and it’s not on overwrite. But it keeps overwriting. We will need your urgent technical assistance for this issue.
Model: DS-7116HWI-SH
Firmware version: V2.2.17
Device name: Embedded Net DVR

@Securame Thanks for your response. We have disable the overwrite mode on the DVR, and after observation, it was discovered the DVR still keeps overwriting. What do you think we can do? the DVR is Hikvision DS-7116HWI-SH
