I am finding that CCTV VMS system with able to recognizing and detecting the face, recognizing the car plate number using open source system.

Could you give me some idea from your experience?

I have a vms. But it goes stucking when using 2 or more users. Then I need Ip camera streaming solution or something else. What solution can I use?

After the shot has already been recorded? Take a screenshot and post it.

 

Most likely you won't be able to tell the car tag nor the color if that camera is not tailored to pick up tags. If you just have the IRs on at night and hope that you will see the tags, most likely you won't, the IRs will bounce right off of the tag and all you will see is a bright spot.

 

What kind of camera do you have.

 

Some cameras you will have to tailor just o read tags on cars and if its a very dark area, you will only see the tags and not the color of the car.

The best way is to get a LPR IP Camera.

 

Look on youtube for LPR Cameras and see there videos and see if thats what you are meaning.
