I have a few Orion CHDC-34BSDC cameras, which have RS-485 communication. I'm trying to access the menu, change settings, and save, without needing to be at the camera physically. I have a HXSP-2108F USB to RS485 converter. Drivers are installed, and com port is available, and can connect, but can't seem to get any response. I'm not 100% sure what terminals to connect to which, (have tried all variations I can think of and still no joy). As for software, I have PTZ Controller 3.1, and have tried 232Analyzer, are there any other recommendations? thanks.
