Hi lesst, can I ask you something? I qaa trying to talk to the cctv technician if he can help me to get something better that what I had now but he told me that the it is already a HD cctv camera that he sold me and kinda blame me for my old TV that why I can't get a clear picture of it. But then I tried to let him know that I'm using a mac screen to look at the video and its not any clear or HD then he said it was because I didn't open the light at my gate door that why it become low resolution. I not sure if this is right or wrong what he was saying or he just want to lie me. Lesst, can I know more about this or any advice? Much appreciate.

Please if you count help me just for my video to get the number, even just few will do or the face of that guy.

I do search on the internet there is few software that can be help but unfortunately I didn't know how to use it but as I saw the example they given that is why it give me hope that someone kind would help me.

I got what you mean by getting a better camera, beside of that I tried many other ways to catch the stealer yet failed. I am from a far country and live in a small village, there is only 1 store selling cctv with only 1 model, I had no much choices but to get it and trust me it cost me quite a money in my currency. That is why I so frustrated eventhough with a cctv I still cant be able to catch him, just lucky I guess now I know it was a he from what my cctv caught for me But still thank you for your hints, I will keep looking for it and hope someone else might have a hints that i missed from the video.

Hi everyone, hope someone can kindly help or advice. I'm having the same problem to read a license plate from my CCTV. Few days ago someone was stealing some of my pots of flower where I planted in front of my house and it was not the first time therefore I installed a cctv there but unfortunately in my area that's the best CCTV quality I can get. I logged a police report but they told me they can't do anything about it.

I really hope can get some help here.
