iVMS-4200 web server problem

Hi, I have iVMS-4200 working on a PC using storage server. I can view Playback footage triggered by motion detection while logged into the server. I can not view Playback footage using the web client. Just get Camera1: No record files! Live View does work on web client btw. Same network, PC firewalls are turned off to test. Is there something else I can try? Thanks, Doug
