In this case, Yesterday I went to customer location for connecting Analog Pelco P/D PTZ camera with their Existing Axis Encoder 241S.,

In Axis encoder 241S, I had tested by installing (Pelco) PTZ drivers and updated their latest firmware., but unable to make communication with my PTZ by choosing different levels of Encoder’s “pelco” protocols (DD5-C, Esprit ES30C/ES31C, LRD41C21, LRD41C22, Spectra III, Spectra IV, Spectra Mini).,

Kindly please help me in this to solve the problem.

Note: Encoder is Axis 241S, and PTZ is Hikvision's Analogue PTZ.

use DS-1005-KI connected to iVMS 4200 to control PTZ.,

In this case., choose ONVIF., port as 80., user name : admin and password : admin.,

If any error comes., click on warning symbol to know the error details,

its in menu -> record -> parameters,

there you can set/change values for main/substream.,

in this case use IVMS 4200 PC NVR.. configure cameras in it.,

open ports of the PC for remote viewing.,

to turn on wdr., you must login the camera in browser.,

then can change the settings under configuration.,

now the current new firmware is 3.3.4 try with this

ivms 5200 is a paid version.,

it supports other devices

see..., first check with pc configuration..,

use xenon pcs or spectrum pcs..,

with good nics., and graphic cards

Yes ofcourse., you can add PCNVR to www.hik-online.com.,

The procedure is simply as like the configuration of Hikvision DVRs/NVRs.,

First check the ports of PC NVR., Forward them in router.,

check whether the ports are open.,

if the ports are not found open., disable firewall and anti virus in your PC and register the domain name in hik-online,com.,
