Hi All,

I bought this Sentient DVR two or three years ago and I've forgotten the admin password. Maplins say they can't help me as I no longer have my receipt. My understanding is I need some kind of generated password in order to get back in. I was wondering if there are any alternatives to that, as Maplins won't supply me with the code.

If anyone could even identify the real manufacturer of the DVR, that would help as well. Maybe I can go directly to them.

I can get access through the Guest account but it has no privileges.

Brute forcing telnet - too slow

Removing battery
